Record number of candidates write the Delhi CET for seats in polytechnics

A record number of candidates, 41,550, appeared for the common entrance test for diploma in engineering courses conducted by the Department of Technical Education, Delhi. About 88% of the candidates registered appeared for the test which is higher than previous years.
